Request to reschedule Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate

Eswariy

I am writing to request assistance with rescheduling my exam for the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification. My exam was originally scheduled for Today at 7:30 PM. However, when I attempted to access the exam, the Webassessor.com page displayed the following message:

"Your assessment must be launched at scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam".

I reached out to Kryterion.com support, but they informed me that they are unable to reschedule the exam on their end. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my exam for the earliest available date.

This exam is very important to me, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue and allowing me to retake the exam soon.

Hi @Eswariy ,

As I understood  message you received from Webassessor your time has passed.

Unfortunately i have been in similar situation and it turned out to be due to my mistake.

Please check twice if you scheduled correct date (and correct timezone).

If you missed your date by mistake unfortunately i think you won't be able to reschedule.

Anyway hope you will get help from Webassessor support and will be able to take this exam.
