Request to reschedule Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate

Hi Team,

I am writing to request assistance with rescheduling my exam for the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification. My exam was originally scheduled for April 24, 2024, at 11 PM. However, when I attempted to access the exam, the Webassessor page displayed the following message:

"Your assessment must be launched at scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam."

It appears that the system registered my exam for 11 AM instead of 11 PM, despite my selection of the afternoon slot.

I reached out to Kryterion support, but they informed me that they are unable to reschedule the exam on their end. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my exam for the earliest available date.

For your reference, I have also created a support ticket on the Databricks help page (Ticket #00655802).

This exam is very important to me, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue and allowing me to retake the exam soon.

We understand that you would like to reschedule the exam.

We are sorry to inform you that we can't reschedule the exam as it has expired.

We request that you please log into your account and schedule the exam again.

We are going to mark this ticket as "Closed" for the time being. "

But I didnot attended my certification exam. Could you please assist me with this query?

This exam is very important to me, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue and allowing me to retake the exam soon.
