Upon attempting to access my exam in which was scheduled for today Dec 25th 2024 at 2:30 PM, I encountered an issue on the Webassessor page, which stated: "Your assessment must be launched at scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam". It appears the system registered the exam for 2:30 AM instead of 2:30 PM, though I am confident I selected the afternoon slot.
Unable to contacting Kryterion support, Due to Holiday. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your help to reschedule my exam for today or an upcoming date at your earliest convenience. I have not got a chance to attempt the test.
I have created a support ticket on the Kryterion with a number of #03026533.
Please help me resolve this issue. I kindly ask to help me in retaking this exam as this is very important for me. @Cert-Team
