Rescheduling my exam

Hi Team, I have created a ticket regarding my suspension. Really, I am frustrated that without the reason i got suspended. During the exam proctor ask me to show the desk I have showed them, and nothing is there with me. He asks me to see the screen but I am continuously seeing my screen the questions are big so my eyeball is rotating for some questions for that reason I got suspended. Please help me on the ticket and help me to reschedule my exam because this exam is valuable to my career.
