Urgent: Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam Suspended – Request for Retake

sam1996

Dear Support Team,

My name is Sameer, and my Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification exam was suspended.

Ticket number: #00614964
Reference: !00D610JGc4.!500Vp0JDse5:ref
Proctored Assessment: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
Scheduled Date & Time: 08 February 2025, 08:15 AM (America/New_York)

During the exam, I received a "See in the Camera" warning once, though I was continuously looking at the screen. Shortly after, I received a prompt stating that my exam was paused and that a supervisor would connect. The supervisor checked everything and then suspended my exam.

I am unsure of the reason for this suspension. Could it be because I had my passport or wireless mouse with me? I kept my passport for biometric verification, but no verification took place as I had already completed it. Alternatively, could it be because I was required to remove my glasses during biometric verification but wore them during the exam?

This situation feels unfair, as I followed the rules and was fully focused on my exam. I have invested significant time and money in preparing for this certification, and I strongly request you to review my case and allow me to retake the test as soon as possible.

Here is my ticket number: #00614964. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

Best regards,
Sameer
