I kindly request your help with a one-time exception to reschedule my Databricks Professional Certification exam.
I originally booked my exam for October 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM and received an email confirmation. However, the exam date was mistakenly changed to another date, which I did not realize until I checked the registration again.
I have already contacted Kryterion, who confirmed they cannot assist with the expired registration and directed me to Databricks. I have also already raised a ticket with Databricks, but the resolution is taking some time. Since I need to book the exam by October 8 since version is changing after this, I am reaching out here as well in hopes that this can be expedited.
I earned this exam through the Databricks Learning Festival, used the voucher I earned through the program, and paid for the registration personally. I have also been preparing for this certification for nearly two months.
I would be extremely grateful if you could make a one-time exception and help me obtain a replacement voucher or rebook the exam before the deadline.
