Voucher expired

I work at a Databricks Partner company. In Mar 2024, I had received a voucher from Databricks for taking exam on Data Engineer Associate. I had planned to take the exam in Mar 25, but due to some unavoidable circumstances on personal front, I missed the opportunity. I hadn't registered for the exam, so the voucher went unused, and it expired. I have again completed my preparation and is willing to take up the exam now, but Databricks sent me any email, saying that they cannot grant me any more vouchers for the same exam. 

Hence, I am left with no solution to take up the exam now...

Could you please guide what can be done in this case.

Unfortunately, you voucher has expired and I don't think you can do much about it since you already got official answer from Databricks. You should wait for another Databricks Learning Festival where you can get 50% discount on an exam. Keep watching events site:

Since, the last voucher was not even used, I believe, I should be getting at least one more opportunity. I wanted to take the exam via my company's official email ID, rather than personal email ID. 

Could you please help me with some or the other way, to enrol. I am already late and if I wait for another event, it will be pretty late. Kindly help.

Sorry to hear that. You can try submit ticket, but I doubt they will agree to reactivate your voucher:

Hi @RitikaChandak, Once the voucher is expired, there is no way we can get it activated even by raising ticket or by reaching to learning support through email. The only way forward is to get 50% coupon as partner or by getting new coupon during promos. Please check with your partner manager in your organization if they are able to help with coupon.

Hi @RitikaChandak , you missed the chance. There is a 50% certification coupon festival just completed few days back. It is for general public who is willing to do data bricks certification and upgrade themselves. Please find the link below.
