๐ Last night I delivered my final session on Databricks + Power BI integration and it felt like the right moment to close this chapter on a high note.
Because it was the last time I was presenting this topic, I rebuilt the flow completely. Instead of jumping straight into technical demos, I started with the business context, moved into a Databricks architecture overview, and only then transitioned to Power BI integration best practices.
For the Power BI part, I leaned heavily on the brilliant work produced by Andrey Mirskiy and Davide Veneziano. Their cheat sheet has been a huge inspiration for me from day one, and it shaped this entire presentation.
So if you use the guide, please connect with them too. ๐ค Not all the credit is mine ๐

And in fact, Andrey even joined the session live last night and jumped in to answer questions. Thank you again! ๐
A huge thank you to the Romanian Power Bi Community, and especially to Cristian Prifti and Cristian Angyal, for inviting me and for the warm engagement and energy.
๐ Why I wonโt be running this session again:
Because itโs now publicly available on YouTube!
So if you missed it, feel free to watch the full recording.

And if you hear me โmumblingโ at times, forgive me, nerves are real. ๐
๐ฏ Whatโs next?
Given how many questions I received last night, Iโll now focus on Microsoft Fabric + Databricks integration.
This is clearly a hot topic, and I want to invest time in exploring the patterns, the gaps, and the real-world architectural decisions before coming back with practical guidance.
Thank you all again your support๐
