Hi @AnandB ,

Try following:

1. Try the Academy portal directly

Log in directly at https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn (or https://partner-academy.databricks.com/learn if you're a partner), clear your browser cache and cookies first, then search for the course from the catalogue. Accessing via a direct/emailed link often breaks; navigating through the portal itself usually works.

2. Check if the course name/URL has changed

There are ongoing "Access Denied" issues that can be account-specific or related to content and access management on Databricks' side. Some courses get renamed or restructured - try searching the catalogue for "Generative AI" or "Data Engineering" to find the current version.

3. Submit a Training support ticket

Submit a ticket directly to the Databricks Training Team at https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training - this is the official escalation path recommended by Databricks employees for exactly this error.
