Let me get this straight. You offer a "Community Edition" to supposedly help people learn, right? Well, congratulations, you've created the most frustrating, useless signup process I've ever seen. It's a masterpiece of incompetence.
I'm trapped in your ridiculous login loop. It's like a hamster wheel of digital doom:

Enter email (again!).
Get code.
Enter code.
and back to the start?
I've tried EVERYTHING a reasonable person would try:
Different browsers (Edge, Chrome, even incognito)
contacted your "support" email.
Used different email accounts (because maybe my email is the problem?)
Nothing. Works. Your. System. Is. Broken.
But the real kicker? The silence. The absolute, breathtaking lack of support. I followed @Walter_C's advice and emailed databricks-community@databricks.com. *crickets* The sound of no one caring.
