Databricks Free Edition | RETRIES_EXCEEDED issue

Hi Team,

I am not able to fire below commands i am getting error

%sql

CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS workspace.gold;

The maximum number of retries has been exceeded.

Tried all the available option but not working
