It's a custom alert template where i have use handlebar with {{QUERY_RESULTS_ROWS}} it works fine on preview but doesn't appear on email

Just following this conversation because I have the same problem; {{QUERY_RESULTS_ROWS}} doesn't give me any usable data even when the alert has definitely triggered and has results.
