Merge Databricks customer and partner account

I have created my customer academy account with databricks accidentally, but I had to create it with partner one as my company has partnership with it. I need to take certification exam urgently, please help me in merging these two accounts as I am also not able to create or reset password for partner account. i have raised a request regarding this under the request id #00416847.
