MetaStore Issues

Hi,
I am using Student Account in Azure and created databricks workspace. I am trying to locate Manage Account to create MetaStore but I am not successful. Would need your help.
no Manage Account option available.

If you see I am an Admin,

Have you tried to diretk log into your account?
Azure Databricks: https://accounts.azuredatabricks.net/

Hi Stefan,
I earlier tried this approach but didn't worked.
Going through this URL approach will first ask me to select the default Databricks workspace and then it will use my credential to log in and after that i am re-directed to main page not to the account page.

You will not have access to the Account admin, you need Premium tier.

Databricks student account, may have certain limitations compared to a full Azure Databricks account.

For student accounts, you might not have the necessary permissions to create a Unity Catalog metastore. Typically, creating and managing a metastore requires account admin privileges, which are usually not granted to student accounts. Can you try the community version? https://www.databricks.com/try-databricks
