Ray has been getting a lot of traction lately for shining at distributed compute.

1. What are the primary differences between Spark and Ray?
2. In which areas/applications would each be best ? (i.e. Reinforcement Learning)
3. In which cases would it make sense for both to co-exist ? (e.g. RayDP)
