We have implemented our own delta sharing server, following the delta sharing protocol. We are able to use the delta-sharing connectors to read shared data from our own server. However, when we tried importing our share credential file in Databricks Unity Catalog (delta sharing), it cannot import it successfully and stuck at loading or displays the error (see attached image). We are testing if a recipient who is in the Databricks platform can use Unity Catalog with our shared data.
Do we allow non-databricks to databricks delta sharing in Unity Catalog?
