What is the pricing of Unity Catalog? Does it come without additional costs in premium workspace? 

If I upgrade my standard workspace to a premium workspace, is Unity Catalog added by default?

HI Shivam2, 

Unity Catalog features are provided to you at no charge once you upgrade to Premium or Enterprise tier. 

If your Databricks account is created after November 8, 2023, then Unity Catalog is enabled by default. You can use following instruction to check if Unity Catalog is enabled for a given workspace:

If it is not enabled, please follow the below instructions to enable:

Hi @jw-dbx ,

Is Unity Catalog still only a premium feature or has it been moved to regular since Nov 8? If so, is there a way to still access and extract system tables on a regular account, or is a premium account a must?
