Q: How can I check whether I have completed the required modules?
Login to your Databricks Customer Academy Account and select โMy Activitiesโ within the user menu in the top left. Under the Courses tab, you can verify whether all courses within a given learning pathway have been logged as completed within the eligible window.
Q: Where can I ask questions if I have questions while going through the self-paced material?
The Databricks Academy Learners Group page is a forum within the Databricks Community where you can ask questions and get them answered by your fellow learners. During the festival, we have selected Databricks experts to answer your questions. Please feel free to answer the questions from other learners as well โ one of the best ways to master a subject or skill is to teach someone else.

A: It is open to Databricks Customer Academy Users. Please note, the initiative is not open to users of Databricks Partner Academy, since discounted certifications are already available to these individuals through our partner initiatives.

Q: Does the Databricks Learning Festival (Virtual) come with a hands-on lab environment?
No. โโIf you would like to learn through hands-on practice, please take advantage of the 20% discount voucher for Databricks Academy Labs, which will be distributed to all eligible participants after the event. For more hands-on training options, please see our Public Training Schedule.
Q: I am an existing Databricks Academy user. How do these courses differ from the ones I already have in Databricks Academy?
For whitelisted users/accounts, you may already have the same course contents, except for the additional incentive of a certification voucher and Databricks Academy Labs coupon for completing the course. In addition, there are selected Databricks experts to help answer your questions within the Databricks Academy Learners Group on Databricks Community, as you embark on this self-paced learning journey.

Q: What are the requirements to qualify for the 50%-off Databricks certification voucher and 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs?
A 50%-off Databricks certification voucher (worth US$100) and a 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs will be provided to users who complete at least one of the listed learning pathways within the duration of the virtual Databricks Learning Festival (i.e., 09 January - 30 January 2026). In other words, below are the requirements:
- Complete at least one of the learning pathways listed within the community event; AND
- Complete the learning pathways(s) within the duration of 09 January - 30 January 2026.
Q: If I complete multiple courses, can I get multiple vouchers and coupons?
No. Each learner is only eligible to receive one 50% discount voucher and one 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs, whether the learner completes one or multiple learning pathways. For example, if you complete both the Data Analyst and Associate Data Engineering Learning Pathways, you will be eligible for a 50% discount certification voucher and one 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs.
Q: How long is the 50%-off Databricks certification voucher valid for?
The voucher will be valid for approximately 90 days and will expire before 30 January 2026. You must schedule and sit for the exam before this date. We strongly recommend booking the slots early, since spaces are limited.
Q: How long is the 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs valid for?
A: The voucher will be valid for approximately 90 days and will expire before 02 May 2026.
Q: Which exams can I use the voucher for?

Q: How can I receive the voucher and coupons, and when will I receive them?
A: The voucher and coupon will be distributed on 06 February 2026, after the event has concluded. The incentives will be sent to the email address of your Databricks Academy account.
Q: Can I combine the certification voucher with other offers like success credits?
A: No. The certification voucher cannot be combined with other offers or success credits.
