I just completed the course "Generative AI Application Developement" and took the test. I received a certificate of completion with the wrong name on it. How do I correct this?
I have to add that it has an email name on it and not the name of the person completing the course who happens to be me. It used an email address instead.
Check if your profile is correct and has the name where name is supposed to be and not your email address . If fixing that doesnt work you can email the support to get it fixed using following link .
