Multiple UI pages stuck on infinite loading (Jobs DAG, Compute, SQL Editor, Notebooks) in AWS ap-nor

Hi,

I’m trying to work in Databricks, but too many things in the workspace UI are not working properly. Almost everything is stuck on infinite loading.

Here are the symptoms:

1. Jobs DAG (Tasks tab) infinite loading

   • I can see the job Runs history.

   • However, when I click the Tasks tab, it just keeps loading forever.

   • Also, from the Runs tab, when I click into a specific task run (where I used to be able to see the notebook run result/outputs), that page also stays on infinite loading.

2. Compute page infinite loading

   • Clicking Compute in the left menu never finishes loading.

3. SQL Editor infinite loading

   • Clicking SQL Editor also results in an infinite loading spinner.

4. Notebooks infinite loading

   • When I try to open any notebook for work, the notebook UI never finishes loading.

According to the Databricks status page, there are no incidents reported for AWS / ap-northeast-2, but my workspace is basically unusable right now because of these loading issues.

Is this a known issue, or is there something misconfigured on my workspace/account side?
Any guidance on how to troubleshoot or fix this (e.g., settings to check, logs to look at, or things an admin should verify) would be appreciated.
