Databricks Data Engineer Associate certificate not available in account

Hi,

I passed the Databricks Data Engineering Associate certification in December 25, 2022. I received the certificate from Accredible but not the score report. I need the score report so the credential could be recognized by my employer. Could you help me locate it? I am unable to find it in the Databricks Academy.
