When trying to start a new cluster in Community Edition I get a 'Backend service unavailable' message.

Everything was working fine about 10 hours ago (when I was last on); I thought maybe something was down for maintenance, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Looking at several other topics created today with the same error message it seems likely that the CE is unavailable at the moment.
