Agents button is missing

Dear Community,

Recently I've followed the AI Agents on Databricks training and wanted to dive into AI world using my company Databricks account.

After logging in to the workspace I was quite surprised to see that the Agents button in AI/ML menu is missing.

Our Databricks is running on Azure, workspace is deployed in westeurope region where Mosaic AI is fully enabled. All possible features are enabled on the account and workspace level. I have the account admin and a workspace admin permissions.

I was also not able to find something that could help in the web.

If you know where the problem could be, your help is much appreciated.

Hi @kuznetsovvs , I checked this internally and on Azure, the Mosaic AI Agent Framework and Model Serving are supported in West Europe, the Agent Bricks UI itself is limited to specific regions (primarily in US). That's why the “Agents” button doesn’t render for admins either. The plan is to have it in early 2026 atleast for some of the limited features, however we do not have any expected ETA for this yet.

Hi @iyashk-DB , thank you for a quick reply. Sorry to hear that it's not yet available in West Europe. During the training it was looking very promising.
