Opus is listed here as available model, but I only see Sonnet 4 in Databricks?

Hi @kingn718 ,
Can you check to see if your workspace is in a supported region? Right now, Opus is only availble in us-east-1, us-east-2 and us-west-2 per https://docs.databricks.com/aws/en/machine-learning/model-serving/foundation-model-overview.
If you are, can you share where you are looking that you don't see Opus. Is in in the playground, or through model serving?

It is not listed in Serving section or Playground model list. I am on Location : East US 2

Identical issue from Azure. Workspace is located in centralus, cross geography routing is enabled, only Sonnet 4.
Also, Sonnet doesn't have all the necessary parameters in Playground, see the second and third screenshots, where Sonnet 3.7 has Thinking, but Sonnet 4 doesn't.

I dont think databricks is hosting thinking models for claude 4 or opus 4. Their docs list the regular models
Was there any updates regarding the opus model in databricks? Docs still say its available, but it is not listed. @Shua42 @ddata

The Claude 4 series are hybrid reasoning models; to enable this mode you need to specify certain parameters that I mentioned. They actually fixed them after my message (Fig. 1); but Opus still isn't available. I think we need to wait some time before the load decreases / AWS provides more quota.
