Databricks Billing support

Hi everyone,

I dont know if this is the right channel to use for this type of query but I couldn't get Databricks billing support from anywhere, which is why I am posting here. I am trying to contact Databricks sales team or billing support but I am unable to reach them yet due to no response. Its very important for me to reach out to Databricks for my billing query. I tried sales@databricks.com, help@databricks.com, supportops@databricks.com, onboarding-help@databricks.com and help center tickets.  Can you please point me towards the right contact so that I can discuss my billing details? Thank you for supporting me on this.

The best route for billing issues is usually through the official Databricks Support Portal. If you have a support plan, ensure you're logged in with your workspace admin account to submit a billing-specific ticket. For urgent matters, you may also try reaching out via your Databricks account executive, if assigned. Hopefully, this helps move things forward.

Hi @brycejune, I dont have the support plan, I was only exploring managed MLflow provided by Databricks. Help center however did assign me a Databricks account executive. Hopefully, this might help me with billing.
