Databricks Certification Exam got suspended

I had an issue when I was answering an exam for a certification. The exam was interrupted due to an issue on secure browser software, the screen became black and I could not finish the exame because I could not see the rest of the questions in the quiz. Now my exam appears "in progress" but I can not open the link when I click on launch.
I have contacted Databricks support team but I don't have answer. My request id is 00345464 and the exam is "Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 - Python".
I would really like to get this issue resolved as soon as posible,
could you please help me? or could you please direct me to the right place to solve this?
