I purchased 1 year subscription on Aug 7, 2026 - Databricks Academy Labs Courses.

Everytime, after OTP, it gives wrong credentials error.

Earlier, I was able to login but not for last 4-5 weeks, I am not able to login for last 4-5 weeks.

I have raised the request 3 times but no reply yet. Can i reach out someone on call or is there a way to resolve this.
