How to tell if table catalog is Hive or Unity?

So far I used only Hive, now I want to test Unity-Catalog
I am following this guide:
https://docs.databricks.com/data-governance/unity-catalog/get-started.html
I see the table created under main catalog. Previsouly they were created under hive_metastore.
Can I assume everything in main catalog is using unity-catalog. Or is there a different way of doing that?
