The reset passkey doesnt work and I submitted a request 00859868 but the service rep is saying they cannot find my email address. Can someone help me clear this passkey issue? I was trying to update my email address to a personal one, because I recently volunteered to organize a usergroup and wanted to get the notifications away from my work email.
