I've completed Quest 5 of the Databricks AppQuest challenge.
For this project, I built an AI-powered knowledge library using Databricks Apps, AppKit, Lakebase, and Databricks Model Serving.
The application includes:
Create, edit, and manage notes with Markdown preview.
Organize notes using tags and connect related notes.
Track time spent working on notes.
Ask questions about saved notes using a RAG-powered AI assistant.
Get answers with source citations linked to original notes.
Save chat history using Lakebase.
Live Application:

I used AI-assisted development with iterative prompts to build and refine the application, followed by testing and deployment in my Databricks workspace.
Training Voucher Customization:
Yes, I customized the application with features including note management, linked notes, time tracking, and RAG-based question answering with source citations.
Thanks to Databricks and AngelHack for this learning opportunity. Looking forward to building more with the Databricks platform.
