Unable to start browser for databricks certification

Hello, I  have registered for databricks certified data engineering associate exam. One of the requirements to give the exam is 

The exam is set for Sunday 6th October, 2024 but the browser installation (psi secure bridge browser) does not work. .Reached out to platform they said the browser will be available once exam is set, but it seems risky if the browser does not work right before the exam, I will lose the exam. Any help for the issue? Can databricks re-fund/re-schedule if the exam does not work on the exam day?

Same is happened with me but unfortunately they will don't do anything.Databricks now became a thief  due to some browsers issues I was also unable to gave my certification exam .I email immediately but not responding.ticket #00546911 one previous ticket the without give any solution close #00546464. I need solution either please gave me full discount voucher or please Reschedule my Exam.

If you experience any technical difficulties during set-up, launch, or within the Assessment, you are supposed to contact KRYTERION Technical Support via chat or webform right away.

Since the exam has expired, we don't have the option to reschedule or refund.

I am not satisfied with this Solution. Either Reschedule my Exam or Refund Amount .So I will try to Give my Exam in Microsoft or Aws Platform they are more user friendly. Since i am login if Browser will not appear keep on running and Suddenly PC shutdown So if Technical glitch happen and after 30 mint my Schedule Exam is not appear So whom I connect. There will be another chance you have to gave to the Candidate if Exam will not happen if i was Suspended or my fault if i not attempt the Exam,Then I accept my Fault but now you gave me Stupid reason.That was not accepted.

Hey folks,

The exam setup worked successfully. For future reference, on successful installation two browsers will be installed:

1. PSI Secure Browser

2. Lockdown Browser

As long as lock down browser is available and when prompted says it will open only when prompted from Launch button link from your browser, you will be able to setup the exam.

A good idea is to check system requirement and not use work PC for exams.

Having said that the exam experience on databricks platform is still confusing, without much clarity till the day of the exam, wish there was a better clear way to give exams for certifications

I'm a Windows user. After installation, I just got the Lockdown Browser OEM instead of the PSI browser, as you mentioned above. Can you help to instruct again on how to install these browsers
