Virtual Learning Festival Enrollment

I tried to enroll to Virtual Learning Festival: 9 April - 30 April but upon clicking the Customers & Prospects link for LEARNING PATHWAY 1: ASSOCIATE DATA ENGINEERING I got the error (refer attached image).
