Databricks Community Account Getting Disappeared

Hey is anyone else facing this issue, community account getting disappeared after your are out for a while inactive for an hour or so?

This has happened twice to me this week. The account must be there because I receive a verification email. I have to do all of my course work again now which is a little annoying. I'm now going to download each notebook now once completed. Hope they sort this soon.
