Hi @VALF ,

I am currently going through the videos and documents for the Professional Data Engineering module. While the videos are completed and marked accordingly, the associated documents are still showing as “In Progress.”

Could you please help explain why this is happening? Also, if I proceed to complete all four modules, will I still be eligible for the voucher even if the documents continue to reflect as “In Progress”?

Kindly assist with this query. I have attached a snapshot for your reference.

Please complete all modules from any one Learning Plan you are interested in. If its showing - in progress, check each chapter in every module, it should show as completed.

Have checked all the chapter it is showing completed but only for documents it is showing In-progress as I shared in Snapshot.

those SOCRM is slides, u have to go through it all , once u click on it down lwft u will have options to see all slides only then it will be completed

It would be incredibly helpful if Databricks could share the notebooks used in the Advanced Learning Festival courses. Even with the free edition catching up, having the original notebooks would let us follow along more effectively—and the tweaking required to adapt them to the free tier actually helps us better understand Databricks' inner logic.

Yeah that would be nice. I actually just manually wrote the code down from what I saw in the video... and about %60 of it didn't work due to the vids being 2 years old and using outdated langchain/mlflow/etc. versions, but Genie was a life saver and updated the code so it works.

It is so neat to see Genie run a code cell, reason about why it didn't work, then fix it 🥰

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my Customer Academy access.

I participated in the Advanced Learning Festival (15 June – 6 July 2026) using my personal email address and completed the required learning path(s), including the Associate Data Engineering and Professional Data Engineering modules.

However, I am now unable to access Customer Academy. When I try to log in to https://customer-academy.databricks.com, I receive the following message:

"You are not authorized to access https://customer-academy.databricks.com. Please select a platform you can access from the following list."

As a result, I am unable to verify my course completions or download my completion certificates.

Could you please:

Verify my Customer Academy account and restore my access, if required.
Confirm that my course completions have been recorded successfully.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.
