Hi @VALF, I just wanted to double-check the process for voucher eligibility. Based on the instructions, register first, complete the learning path, and then the voucher is automatically issued. Is that correct, or do we need to post our completion here in the chat to claim it?

Also, a quick question on how progress is tracked: What if I started one of the modules(one lesson) before officially registering here(like literally click on button to attending, yes), but still within the event timeline? Will that progress automatically count, or do the modules need to be started strictly after registering? Thanks!

To confirm:

1. You can have started the modules at any time, even prior to the event. So long as the entire learning pathway is completed during th event, you'll qualify for the incentives.

2. All incentives will be distributed on July 10 to the email associated with your Customer Academy account.
