I have completed the course within the learning window. I got the learning complete certification after each module. But I haven't received the discount voucher yet. May i know how do i avail it?

I have completed all modules from the Generative AI Engineering, ASSOCIATE DATA ENGINEERING and PROFESSIONAL DATA ENGINEERING Learning Plan during event window, but still did not receive any voucher. Could you kindly look into it.
