This is my 3rd time requesting for the voucher, i had completed a module 100% 

And i haven't received a voucher till now,

I have prepared and ready to take associate data engineer exam, waiting for voucher as exam is bit costly for me.

Hi Databricks Team, at the beginning of this Learning Festival Event I was very excited to upskill myself in Databricks and to pursue a Databricks certification worth $200. And I did completed all the modules in the associate data engineer path by 6th July 9 AM PDT (started doing the modules on 17th June) but uptil now there has been no certificate voucher in my mailbox. I am actually living in an asian country where the average monthly salary is less than a $1000 and the 50% off voucher could have meant alot to me in my professional journey of learning and applying databricks to solve problems. I hope the Databricks Team would resolve this issue and give me a 50% off voucher, can you please verify again that I did completed all the modules in due time. Just as a side request, I would like to request it would be really good if Databricks introduces regional pricing for its certifications to offer cheap region based pricing that would make more sense for that region's people.
