Hi! Vouchers aren't sent right away. They go out after the festival ends (October 14). The event page says around October 19, by email to the address on your Customer Academy account. There's nothing to claim or fill in, as long as all 4 courses show "Completed" within the festival window (Sept 16 – Oct 14). Worth checking My Activities to confirm none of them is still "In progress".

Where do I check my achievements. I don't find a single link. Also navigating through the different links are very confusing.

Two places:

1. Course status: https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn/mycourses
(or the menu → My Activities). Each course shows "Completed", "In progress" or "Not started". This is what counts for the voucher.

2. Badges: each completed course issues a Knowledge Badge on credentials.databricks.com. You get an email with the link when it's issued, and from any badge page you can click "My credentials" to see all of them in one wallet.

If a course shows "Completed" but no badge yet, give it a few hours. Mine arrived the same day.

Yes, you will get it after the event.

Complete at least one of the learning pathways listed within the community event; and

Complete the learning pathway(s) within the duration of 16 September to 14 October 2026.

Each learner is only eligible to receive one 50% discount voucher and one 20% discount coupon for Databricks Academy Labs, whether the learner completes one or multiple learning pathways.

The voucher and coupon will be distributed on October 19, 2026

The voucher will be valid for approximately 90 days and will expire before 17 January 2027.

Yes, you will get a 50% voucher after the end of the event. The team will announce the date, and you will get the voucher details to your registered email id. 

Yes, you will get the 50% discount voucher as long as you complete one of the learning pathways during the festival period.
