I completed all enrollments in LEARNING PATHWAY 1: ASSOCIATE DATA ENGINEERING

For the DevOps Essentials for Data Engineering.
I didn't receive any badge, I got only a completion certificate not sure why? Also how and when will I get the vocher to write the exam

Unfortunately not. As per the FAQ, you'll need to complete an alternative learning pathway during this event, as the system only logs the initial date the content is completed, rather than any revisits to the same content

But you could finish any other course and still use your voucher on that certification.

Please note as per the FAQ, you can verify whether you have completed all modules via the My Activities > Courses option under the user menu in the top left of Customer Academy.

Assuming all modules are recorded as completed, you'll be included within the incentive distribution on April 09

Hi Jim,

Thank you for your reply on my question. I want to clarify that while I started the Generative AI Fundamentals module in a previous festival, I only completed the full Generative AI Learning Pathway during this March 2026 iteration.

All core modules—including Building Retrieval Agents—were finished this month, and my timestamps confirm a March 2026 completion. Per your guidance to other learners in this thread above, this should qualify for the current festival's logging. Could you please look into why my completion is showing an older date?

I've completed the entire LEARNING PATHWAY 2 PROFESSIONAL DATA ENGINEERING course. Could I please receive my voucher? I didn't receive it at the previous festival because I believe I had already completed it at another one. Could I receive it this time, please? I'm sure they've updated the content and I've learned new things.

To reiterate, the system only logs the initial date the content was completed, therefore you will need to complete an alternative learning pathway during this event in order to be included within the incentive distirbution on April 09, as per the FAQ.

I’ve completed the section under Learning Pathway 6 three times, but it’s still showing as incomplete. There might be an issue, has anyone else experienced this?

Make sure you are completing even the introductory video.

Please ensure all elements of the course content are marked as complete - most likely one of the course introduction sections will still be listed as in progress 🙂

Just to confirm my understanding: if a learning pathway was completed in a previous festival, it won’t be eligible again due to the system logging only the initial completion date.

In that case, the best approach is to complete a different pathway during this event to qualify for the voucher, correct?

Also, for those aiming to maximize the opportunity, would you recommend prioritizing pathways aligned with certification goals (e.g., Data Engineering vs. Generative AI)?
