Is the voucher only valid for the cert associated with the course I complete? I have the spark developer exam scheduled for the sixth of April, so I'm working through that course (I may have had a single module completed so I'm hoping I still get credit). But I would like to use the voucher for another certification like the Data Engineer one. Would this be allowed?

As per the FAQ, the voucher can be applied to any Databricks Certification 🙂

Hello guys, I'm new here. I finished a module from a pathway I selected. I can't see if this is recorded anywhere in my profile, however I have the completion certificate. Is there any status tracking from here?

You can check within the My Activities > Courses option under the user menu on the top left menu. Please ensure all modules within the learning pathway are logged as completed 🙂

Hi,

Completed all 4 modules in Customer Academy during event window. Logged into Community but no Register button on Learning Festival page.

Am I registered? Separate link needed? Confirmation email? Just wait for April 9 voucher?

No registration is required - you simply complete any of the learning pathways during the event via Customer Academy and you'll receive the incentives via the email address associated with your account on April 09 🙂

Hi @Jim_Anderson , I completed the DevOps Essentials for Data Engineering course before the festival window (on 18/02/2026). I retook the entire course again today (25/03/2026) and clicked through every single lesson including all intro sections. However, My Activities still shows the original completion date of 18/02/2026 and is not updating to today's date. Since I have genuinely completed the course again today within the festival window, could you please manually mark this as completed for today's date from the backend so I can be eligible for the voucher? Thank you so much!

As per the FAQ, unfortunately you cannot retake previously completed courses. The system will only log the initial date content is completed. So if you'd like to avail of the incentives, please complete an alternative, net new learning pathway via your account by April 03 🙂

I have a question regarding the hands-on portions of the course. During the follow-along demonstrations, the instructor references a Vocareum lab environment and notebooks however, it seems that lab access is not included during this Learning Festival period, and we only have access to the Serverless SQL Warehouse.

My question is: is there any way to follow along hands-on during the festival window, or is the practical/lab component only accessible after the event concludes for example, through the Databricks Academy Labs subscription discount we receive upon completion?

I want to make the most of this learning experience and would love to know if there's a workaround or recommended approach for hands-on practice during the festival.

To confirm, the hands on labs are only available via the Databricks Academy Labs subscription and participants are encouraged to leverage the 20% discount code we'll be providing on April 09 for this 🙂

I had previously accessed a few modules (for example, parts of the Lakeflow/Data Engineer pathway) before the festival started. However, I have now completed the entire module again during the festival period.
Could you please confirm whether this will be considered eligible for the voucher, or does any prior activity (even partial progress before the festival) make it ineligible?

You can verify the date any given module was logged as completed using the My Activities > Courses option under the user menu in th etop left of Academy. You will need to ensure:

1. All modules from a given learning pathway are fully recorded as completed, and

2. At least one of these modules was completed between March 16 - April 03

To qualify for the incentive distribution on April 09
