🎟️ Finish all of the modules listed within at least one of the self-paced learning pathways below within Customer Academy during the event window to receive:

Hi @Jim_Anderson , thanks for the response. But I have already the module by 30th Jan, 2026 in the event period. There was a technical glitch showing in progress of the module even though all sections were completed.

So, I had raised the request on 30th Jan to the Databricks support team to fix it and they reverted back by 4th showing completion of the module. Please refer the screenshot for the same and update on the event voucher.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately we only provisioned vouchers for the accounts that initially completed one of the eligible learning pathways during the event.

Did the support team provide an explanation for what has caused the glitch?

@Jim_Anderson They haven't provided such explanation but I have completed it within given timeframe. So why am I not eligible for it if there is any issue with the Databricks platform

I have completed the learning pathway (all 4 courses) for Generative AI Engineer Associate and I completed these before January 30th but have not received my certification voucher yet.  I was hoping to take the test soon.  Will this be sent to my email?  I checked and have not received anything.   I have attached the badges for all 4 courses with the dates so you can see these happened before the Jan 30 cutoff.
