🎟️ Finish all of the modules listed within at least one of the self-paced learning pathways below within Customer Academy during the event window to receive:

I completed the Associate Data Engineering pathway within the deadline, but I haven't received my voucher.

The platform showed my DevOps Essentials module as incomplete due to a synchronization error (items I had finished appeared as "ongoing"). I had to re-click them in February to fix the status, and now support is using that new timestamp to deny my reward.

It seems many others are facing this same glitch. Since we put in the work during the festival window, could the team please review these technical discrepancies?
