No go. I've made tickets but its mostly unanswered aside from just reach out to your rep. Which is not applicable with Azure Databricks directly from Microsoft

Not all the content is free, but the self paced sessions are fantastic. The Data Engineering track was more than enough to train my to pass the Data Engineer Associate Exam.

They changed the registration process and added 'Additional Fields' section, where you can provide your company email address, that you use in Azure Databricks. This worked automatically for me and I can access the self-paced trainings for free now.
