PGP encryption and decryption using gnupg

Hi,

We are using python-gnupg==0.4.8 package for encryption and decryption and this was working as expected when we are using Databricks runtime : 9.1 LTS but when we upgarded our runtime to 12.1, it stopped working with error "gnupghome should be a directory (it isn't): /databricks/python3/lib/python3.9/site-packages/python_gnupg-0.5.0.dist-info"

Could anyone help me on this.

Not a solution, but try using the 12.2 LTS runtime instead of 12.1. This might be worth filing a ticket to get looked into.

Hi @Joseph Kambourakis ,

Could you please guide me how I can log a ticket for this issue, as we are blocked on one our use case implementation.

Thanks.

Do you have some account executive you can email to walk you through? If you're on azure, you have to send msft the ticket.

Thanks Josephk, yes we are on azure and raised a support ticket.
