Compute page Resolver error

I have an issue with my Databricks workspace
When i try to attach a notebook to my cluster, the cluster seems to have disappeared.

After navigating to the Compute page, it gives me a 'Resolver Error' and no further information. None of the computes/clusters are available or even visible.

see image for reference; i've tried to logout and login and refresh my browser. Tried to enter the workspace via the Azure Portal and it seems that nothing works.

Would greatly appreciate any feedback or avenue to try and resolve

Update:
The cluster now sometimes becomes visible, both in the compute overview as well as in my notebook.
However, just as quickly as it appears it gets replaced by the same error.
