I understand you're having trouble connecting to a remote server / getting your Databricks workspace to start. Would you be able to share a little more detail to help track down your issue?
Specifically:
- What happens when you try to start the workspace? Could you talk through the steps you're trying?
- Are you getting any sort of error messages?
- Have there been any recent changes to your setup? Things like workspace config, access permissions, network/firewall changes?
