Right now it is not possible with the current GA configuration, there is a private preview currently ongoing called DLT Direct Publishing Mode which allows customers to publish datasets to multiple catalogs and schemas from a single pipeline.
If you have support contract you can ask your account team to enable this feature on your environment.
