🔔 ALERT: Act Now to Protect Your Community Account; Secure Your Details Before It's Too Late!

We are enhancing the Community login process to provide a more secure and streamlined experience for all users. To avoid losing access to your Community account, please update your primary and secondary email addresses now (refer to “Action Required” section for steps).

For Databricks Customers

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO): You will be able to log in to the Community using your Databricks credentials. This will simplify the login process and ensure a consistent experience across our platforms.
  2. Profile Linking: If your Community and Databricks product accounts are associated with different email addresses, we will provide an option to link these accounts. This will ensure you don't lose any data or information associated with your existing Community profile when logging in with your Databricks credentials.
  3. Seamless Navigation: If your Community profile and Databricks platform login use the same email address, you won’t have to re-authenticate when navigating from the Databricks platform to the Community.
  4. Passwordless Login/Email OTP: Since SSO with a Databricks product account depends on various factors, such as the customer’s enterprise SSO configuration, the Email OTP option will be available as a fall-back option.

For Non-Customers (Including Partners)

  1. Passwordless Login: You won't need to remember a separate password for the Community. Instead, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the email address associated with your Community profile, enhancing security and convenience.


To ensure a smooth transition, please update your primary and recovery email addresses in your Community profile before August 3rd, 2024. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your profile in the top right corner and click ‘My settings’.

  2. Click ‘Email’ to ensure your current email is up to date. If not, please add a new email and verify your profile.

  3. To add a recovery email, click ‘Personal Information’.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and fill out your ‘Secondary Email Address’.

Please ensure you retain access to both your primary and recovery email address. This will ensure you can receive Email OTPs and enable us to validate data transfer requests in the future.

These changes will not only enhance security but also provide a more seamless experience for all Community users. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team.
