I work for Insurance client and load data using Medallion architecture and load data in Gold Layer. So many Business users now Using Genie and Performing Validations and How many policies are being loaded/Monthly premium and How many Active/Cancelled policies and It helped them to check the Policy/Billing reports for General ledger and Accounting . Earlier they used to wait for BO reports needs to be generated from Legacy SAP reports and validate. But now they get in touch with Genie and generate Dashboards also it helps for Data team to fix any issues without any gap. Customers and very happy with Genie/AI/BI dash boards. what a awesome feature, End of the day customers needs to be satisfied for any Data projects and with Databricks people are happy and every organization should use and leverage the features. Awesome !!

I recently tried Genie in Databricks, and honestly, it made things much easier than I expected. Instead of writing complex queries, I could just ask questions in simple language and still get useful insights.
What I liked the most is how it saves time. For basic data checks or quick insights, I don’t have to depend on others much—it feels more independent and faster.
It’s still something I’m exploring, but overall, Genie feels like a helpful tool, especially for someone who is learning and getting into the data field. Definitely a good step towards making data more easy and accessible for everyone.
