Certificate not received for Data Engineer Associate completed on 15th May

I passed my certificate on 15th May still no credentials received yet , even checked on credentials
I even submitted a support ticket but no response at all can someone take a look to it as I have to submit the certificate in my company.

I successfully completed and passed my Databricks certification exam on 28 September 2026. However, as of 03 October 2026, I have not yet received my certificate, and it is not visible in my Webassessor/Credentials portal.

Exam Status: Pass
Exam Date: 28 September 2026

Could you please check the status of my certificate and advise if any action is required from my side?
